Our ewes lamb outside in the fields in late spring when the weather warms up a bit. We rear them on, outside with their mothers until they are old enough to be weaned. They then continue to grow feeding on the lush summer grass untill they reach a suitable size. By allowing the lambs to grow naturally at their own pace ensures the flavour is superb.
